Особливості соціально-психологічної адаптації вимушено переміщених осіб до нового соціального середовища
Анотація
Важливу роль в інтеграції вимушено переміщених осіб у нове соціальне середовище відіграє відновлення життєвого благополуччя, від якого залежить успішність їхньої взаємодії з представниками приймаючої громади. Здатність відновити суб’єктивне відчуття життєвої задоволеності сприяє успішній адаптації переселенців до нових життєвих умов, відновлення ресурсності та впевненості. Саме тому соціально-психологічна адаптація вимушено переміщених осіб є однією з нагальних проблем організації кваліфікованої психологічної допомоги та соціальної роботи. Мета – до слідити особливості соціально-психологічної адаптації вимушено переміщених осіб до життя в новому соціальному середовищі. Методи: бібліосемантичний, психолого-діагностичний, метод системного аналізування та узагальнення, математико-статистичний. У дослідженні, проведеному в 2022–2024 роках, узяли участь 312 вимушено переміщених осіб. Застосовано валідний і надійний психодіагностичний інструментарій. Результати. Встановлено, що більшість вимушено переміщених осіб мають середній (помірний) рівень показників соціально-психологічної адаптації. Проблеми їхньої адаптації до нових умов соціального середовища пов’язані зі зростанням екстернальності й ускладненнями прийняття інших (мешканців приймаючої сторони). Виявлено тенденцію до втрати інтересу до життя й неузгодженість між поставленою та досягнутою метою. З’ясовано, що зниження компонентів задоволеності життям вимушених переселенців пов’язане з відповідним зниженням їх адаптивності, прийняття себе та інших, екстернальністю, втратою домінантної життєвої позиції. Дискусія і висновки. З’ясовано, що на фоні відносно типового профілю компонентів соціально-психологічної адаптації спостерігаються й певні відхилення за показниками схильності до ескапізму, підлеглої пасивності та емоційного дискомфорту. Це засвідчило явні труднощі пристосування респондентів до нових реалій війни. Зазначено, що вимушені переселенці нерідко втрачають інтерес до життя, дезорієнтовані в постановці життєвої мети та способах її досягнення, зневірюються в оцінці самих себе та власних вчинків. Констатовано, що в них найгірше відновлюється емоційне благополуччя, ускладнюється процес самоприйняття в нових умовах життя. Проведене дослідження відкриває перспективи вдосконалення соціально-психологічної роботи з переселенцями. Успішна їх інтеграція в нове середовище має передбачати дієві заходи з психологічної підтримки, що спрямовані на формування чіткої життєвої позиції, толерантності щодо приймаючої громади, розвитку рішучості.
