Aim and Scope
“Insight: the psychological dimensions of society” is a scientific journal whose aim is to publicize research findings and intellectual output of authors from around the world. The editorial board focused its efforts on implementing a good publication policy for academics from various nations conducting contemporary psychological research, regardless of the dominant political and economic ideologies, and fostering global access to knowledge through publications.
“Insight: the psychological dimensions of society” promotes the policy of an open and democratic society through the belief that knowledge is universal. We intend to support the organization and coverage of an open international conversation on today’s most significant scientific issues, attracting the interest of representatives from Western Europe, North and South America, Asia, Australia, and Africa.
Scientific journal «Інсайт: психологічні виміри суспільства. Insight: the psychological dimensions of society» is a peer-reviewed professional publication that presents scientific articles that cover the psychological dimensions of society and outline the new facets of psychological science at the beginning of the new millennium.
After reviewing our application, the Scopus Content Selection and Advisory Board (CSAB) reviewed our application and approved it for inclusion. Articles will start to appear in the Scopus scientometrics database in 2019.
The scientific journal is included in category «A» of the List of scientific professional editions of Ukraine in which the results of the dissertation works for obtaining the scientific degrees of doctor and candidate of sciences in psychological sciences may be published (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 582 of 24.04.2024).
“Insight: the psychological dimensions of society” is a scientific and theoretical journal of psychological focus established in 2018.
By Resolution №3286 dated 05.12.2024, the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine included the journal “Insight: the psychological dimensions of society” as a media entity and assigned it the media identifier R40-05641.

The journal covers topical issues of psychological theory and history of psychological thought; personality psychology; pedagogical and developmental psychology; social psychology; organizational psychology; legal, economic and other branches of psychological science.
The journal also informs about the events of academic life and psychological education in Ukraine, presents reviews of scientific papers and guides on psychological topics.
The editorial staff provides every published paper with DOI (Digital Object Identification).
Frequency: biannual (May, November).
Indexing and archiving: The LOCKSS system and the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) are used to implement a distributed archiving system that allows creating permanent log archives for preservation and recovery purposes in the journal "Insight: the psychological dimensions of society". The scientific journal is registered in the world catalog of electronic editions of the J-Gate database; indexed by bibliographic databases and search engines, including Crossref, OCLC WorldCat, Google Scholar, and others. The electronic edition of the journal is stored in the electronic repository DSpace Repository of Kherson State University.
The journal was accepted into the international multidisciplinary catalog of open access journals DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals).
The journal is posted on the platform «Наукова періодика України» (The Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine).
The Journal included in the international scientometric database Index Copernicus International (The Republic of Poland).

The works is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
The editorial board carries out external and internal reviews of all articles. The editorial board consists of the leading Ukrainian and foreign scientists. The journal cooperates with the best Ukrainian and foreign Universities, governmental and local authorities. Such cooperation involves publication of information content and scientific articles, implementation of round tables on the basis of the journal office. The journal contains scientific-theoretical and practical data on topical general-theoretical and branch psychological issues.
