Психоемоційна стабільність особистості в період суспільних трансформацій
Анотація
Анотація Метою є теоретико-емпіричне дослідження феномену психоемоційної стабільності особистості в період суспільних трансформацій. Психоемоційну стабільність розглянуто як домінуючий психокомплекс властивостей, здатностей, компетенцій людини зберігати ефективне функціонування через саморегуляцію діяльності. Суспільні трансформації подано як соціогенні виклики, до яких віднесено пандемію, воєнні конфлікти, кліматичні катаклізми, суспільні потрясіння та різного масштабу соціальні зміни. Методи. У дослідженні взяла участь студентська молодь трьох рівнів освіти: “бакалавр”, “магістр”, “доктор філософії”, науково-педагогічні працівники і співробітники Міжрегіональної академії управління персоналом (Україна) та Львівського національного університету імені Івана Франка (Україна); співробітники, менеджери середньої ланки, керівники відділів, департаментів і структурних підрозділів у сфері торгівлі й виробництва Національної мережі торгівельних центрів “Епіцентр” (Україна) та гіпермаркетів краси “Єва” (Україна) загальною кількістю n = 323 респонденти віком від 18 до 56 років. Застосовано валідний і надійний психодіагностичний інструментарій. Результати. Констатовано середній рівень вираженості ключових параметрів дослідження респондентів. З’ясовано кореляційним аналізом Пірсона, що емоційна стабільність має два достовірні прямі зв’язки з “незалежністю/податливістю” (p < .001) і “впевненістю” (p = .040). Це підтверджує пряму залежність емоційної стабільності з автономністю й асертивною позицією особистості.
За допомогою факторного аналізу встановлено дев’ять компонент із сумарною дисперсією Σd = 80.519%. Інтерпретовано сім факторних утворень, що мали достовірні навантаження: F1 “Винахідлива психоемоційна стабільність”; F2 “Безпечна психоемоційна стабільність”; F3 “Адаптивна психоемоційна стабільність”; F4 “Незалежна психоемоційна стабільність”; F5 “Психоемоційна стабільність провини”; F6 “Відкрита психоемоційна стабільність” і F8 “Інтелектуальна психоемоційна стабільність”. Дискусія і висновки. Обґрунтовано, що теоретико-емпіричне дослідження є спробою з’ясування домінуючих психокомплексів властивостей, здатностей, компетенцій людини, що забезпечують рівновагу, ефективне функціонування через саморегуляцію діяльності у просторі перманентних соціальних трансформацій, у вимірах диспозиційної готовності індивіда до змін через реалізацію особистісних компетенцій та сформованої здатності приймати чи не приймати себе і своє життя. Отримані результати мають цінність для усіх, хто надає індивідуальну та групову психологічну допомогу в соціогенних ситуаціях реальності.
