Особистісні предиктори адаптації майбутніх медичних працівників до умов професійної діяльності

Анотація

Метою є дослідження предикторів, що прогнозують структуру процесу адаптації майбутніх медичних працівників до умов професійної діяльності. Зроблено припущення, що адаптацію до умов професійної діяльності майбутніх медичних працівників з-поміж інших забезпечують латентні фактори, які є наслідком взаємодії особистісних рис та якостей. Методи: тестування “Опитувальником соціально-психологічної адаптації” (Rogers, Dymond, 1954). Суб’єктивні ресурси подолання труднощів у різних сферах психічної діяльності вивчали за допомогою опитувальника “Способи поведінки подолання” (Folkman, Lazarus, 1980). Внутрішні психологічні регуляторні ресурси, залучені в адаптаційний процес, оцінювали за допомогою опитувальника “Контроль за дією” (Kuhl, 2001). Застосовано версії опитувальників, апробовані на українській вибірці. Загальну вибірку дослідження склали 84 майбутні медичні працівники (студенти коледжів) спеціальності “Лікувальна справа”, “Сестринська справа”. Вибірка гомогенна, сформована рандомно. Результати. Виокремлено латентні фактори (предиктори), що забезпечують адаптаційний процес майбутніх медичних працівників: “Прагнення підтримки” (F1), “Дружелюбність” (F2), “Конформізм” (F3), “Антистрес” (F4), “Раціоналізм” (F5), “Самоаналіз ситуацій” (F6). Визначено частку предикторів, що задіяні у формуванні адаптаційних процесів майбутніх медичних працівників. Чотири з шести факторів включені до регресійної моделі множинного аналізу. Два предиктори (“раціоналізм” t = 1.299; p = .201 та “самоаналіз ситуації” t = .356; p = .356) не увійшли до регресійних моделей через відсутність статистичної значущості їхнього t-критерію. Дискусія і висновки. У майбутніх медичних працівників діагностовано середній рівень адаптаційної здатності, що допомагає їм адаптуватися до умов професійної діяльності на етапі первинної професіоналізації. Виокремлено фактори, що формують структуру адаптаційної здатності майбутніх медичних працівників. Застосуванням методу лінійної множинної регресії визначено частку кожного з факторів у забезпеченні ефективності адаптаційного процесу. Частка “дружелюбності” (32.00%) у поясненні “адаптації” є найвищою. Дещо меншою є частка “конформізму” (20.00%). “Прагнення підтримки” припадає лише на 11.56% поясненої дисперсії. Найменша частка в регресійній моделі належить предиктору “антистрес” – 3.72% поясненої дисперсії. Перспективою подальшого дослідження висвітленої у статті проблеми є перевірка на дієвість факторної моделі, що потребує конфірматорного аналізу.
