Manuscript submission procedure

To publish an article, send the following materials to the journal’s editorial office’s e-mail address or use the journal’s “Submit an article” service: 1) an article prepared in accordance with the requirements; 2) author (authors) information; 3) signed license agreement. The latest version of Microsoft Word text editor (.docx,.doc, or.rtf) must be used.
