Вплив сприйнятої емпатичної самоефективності на соціальну самоефективність: перехресне дослідження майбутніх медичних працівників

Для досягнення успіху в професійній діяльності, окрім суто професійних і фізичних нави- чок, працівникам також необхідні певні емоційні характеристики. Рівень емпатичної та соціальної самоефективності медичних працівників важливий для успіху в роботі в закладах охорони здоров’я. Медичний працівник із високим рівнем емпатичної та соціальної самоефективності забезпечить ефективне надання послуг, здійснюючи належну комунікацію та підходячи до пацієнта з розумінням його стану. Відповідно, високий рівень емоційної усвідомленості, притаманний медичному працівнику з розвиненими емпатичними та соціальними навичками, сприятиме ефективній і злагодженій координації дій із колегами. Метою цього дослідження було виміряти сприйняття емпатичної та соціальної самоефективності, що розкривають гуманістичні навички студентів, які здобувають освіту в галузі охорони здоров’я, та створити ресурс, розкриваючи взаємозв’язок між ними. Методи. У межах цього дослідження було проведено опитування серед 374 майбутніх медичних працівників. Мета дослідження була досягнута шляхом використання Шкали сприйнятої емпатичної самоефективності та соціальної самоефективності як основного інструменту оцінювання. Дані, отримані в дослідженні, проаналізовано за допомогою програм SPSS та LISREL. Результати. На основі отриманих результатів виявлено позитивний помірний зв’язок (r = .58) між сприйнятою емпатичною самоефективністю та соціальною самоефективністю. Виявлено, що сприйнята емпатична та соціальна самоефективність майбутніх медичних працівників не має відмінностей залежно від їхньої статі, курсу навчання та віку. Дискусія та висновки. Сприйнята емпатична самоефективність позитивно впливає на соціальну самоефективність. Установлено, що сприйнята емпатична самоефективність пояснює приблизно 34.00% зміни соціальної самоефективності. Подальші дослідження повинні розширити зв’язок між емпатією та соціальною самоефективністю, залучаючи різноманітні професійні групи й додаткові змінні, як-от емоційна сліпота або емоційний інтелект, що забезпечить глибше розуміння того, як ці фактори сприяють професійному успіху.
